Top Tier Firm in Dublin City Centre seeks Banking Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE to draft finance and security documents, advise on lending and security queries, and manage files.
Salary: up to €100k

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing finance and security documents
- Good knowledge of legislative frameworks
- Advising on lending and security queries
- Advising on Company Law issues
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience of managing files and interacting directly with clients
- Confidence in taking responsibility for work requirements and client needs
- Proven ability to deliver high quality work
- Flexible approach to work
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team, be pragmatic and to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to prioritise tasks and to meet deadlines
