Candidate Profile:
- Solicitor qualified in Ireland, the UK, or in another Common Law jurisdiction.
- 2-6 years PQE in banking and finance law.
- Strong experience in real estate finance, project finance, and general corporate lending.
- Excellent drafting, technical, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
