Our client, a leading global law firm, seeks to hire a talented Banking Solicitor to its busy team in Dublin. The role is ideal for banking solicitors with 2-6 years PQE, looking to broaden their expertise and work with prominent clients in both the Irish and international markets. Key Responsibilities: Advise on real estate investment and development finance transactions. Work on complex project and infrastructure finance deals. Handle fund financings, corporate lending, and debt restructurings. Provide counsel on loan portfolio acquisitions and financings. Act as a key advisor to financial institutions, alternative lenders, corporate borrowers, and semi-state entities. Collaborate on high-profile transactions in the Irish market and beyond.
