Bar General Manager for top venue in Co Meath This buzzing late night venue featuring live entertainment in Co Meath is currently recruiting an experienced Bar General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations, resulting in an excellent customer experience.
Daily responsibilities include:
Ensure smooth daily functioning of total operation: bar floor, private events, live entertainment, back of house Ensure a profitable operation through effective cost control and close monitoring of sales and revenue performance Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers Quickly respond to all customer issues and queries Active promotion and marketing of the bars services Create / Implement service standards where required Staff management: training, rota planning, performance evaluations Oversee cash, float and till procedures Stock control and inventory management Keep abreast of beverage trends and industry best practices Ensure compliance with all relevant regulation and legislation (ie H&S, licensing)
The ideal candidate:
Minimum of four years experience as General Manager / Bar Manager Proven track record of financial and commercial success and delivering excellent customer experiences Excellent leadership and motivational skills Strong organizational and time management ability Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Genuine passion for the beverage industry If you are a seasoned Bar General Manager who excels at keeping order in a dynamic environment, wed love to hear from you Please note that candidates must currently reside in Ireland and be fully eligible to work here in order to be considered for this role.
