Bar Manager - South Dublin Excel Recruitment is delighted to announce we are seeking a General Manager for our client a growing hospitality trade located in South Dublin Salary: €40k - €50k Our client has grown tremendously over the past year and is now eager to add an experienced and passionate General Manager to drive sales in the bar, implement standards and take the customer experience to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality expert looking for their next challenge. Roles and responsibilities as General Manager: Previous experience in a similar role in a busy property Will have experience as Restaurant or Bar General Manager or an F&B Manager Sound knowledge and passion for food & beverage To oversee the day-to-day running of the food and beverage Previous experience with KPIs, stock control, costing, forecasting, beverage budgets and GP Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance Strong experience with back-office systems Who you are: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role Strong work ethic & self-starter Excellent customer service skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Excellent presentation & attention to detail Experience with point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms If you are interested in this Bar Manager job opportunity or any grocery retail job, then please apply to Scott Long via the link below.
