Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to help us bring Mc Daniels back to life under new ownership.
The venue is open Thursday to Sunday during the winter and 7 days during the summer.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage day-to-day bar operations
- Plan, implement and control service and systems to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor purchasing to ensure quality and fair prices
- Conduct regular stock takes
- Manage budgets, forecasts and financial plans
Job Details
- Full-time, permanent position
- Salary: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
- Additional compensation: bonus pay and tips

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in food and beverage management (preferred)
