We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our team and elevate our bar operations. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate bar staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Operational Management: Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to optimize profitability. Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service at all times, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Develop and implement promotional events and initiatives to enhance customer engagement and increase sales. Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular staff training on responsible alcohol service and hygiene standards. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of beverage offerings, cocktail preparation, and bar operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
