Bar Manager - Kerry Excel Recruitment is delighted to announce we are seeking a Bar Manager for our client a vibrant late-night venue located in Killarney Co. Kerry. Salary: €35k - €45k DOE Our client is looking for a hands-on Bar Manager to take on the running of their bustling night venue open Friday - Sunday. If you have previous experience within the hospitality industry specifically bars/nightclubs this is the role for you. Responsibilities as Bar Manager: Ensure smooth daily functioning of total operation: bar floor, private events, live entertainment, back of house Ensure a profitable operation through effective cost control and close monitoring of sales and revenue performance Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers Quickly respond to all customer issues and queries Active promotion and marketing of the bar's services Create / Implement service standards where required Staff management: training, rota planning, performance evaluations Oversee cash, float and till procedures Stock control and inventory management Keep abreast of beverage trends and industry best practice Who you are: Ability to work late nights & weekends Strong people management skills Previous experience within the industry If you are interested in this Bar Manager job or any other job opportunities on the Excel Recruitment website, please apply via the link.
