Experienced Bar Manager sought for busy bar in Killorglin, Co. Kerry, to assist with management, service, and customer experience.
Red Chair Recruitment is seeking a skilled Bar Manager to join our client's team in Killorglin, Co. Kerry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of a well-established business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist managers with everyday management, running, and service of a busy bar
- Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Bar Manager in a busy bar environment
- Excellent communication, customer service, organisation, and time management skills
- Ability to work within a team and on your own initiative
- Flexible with working 4-5 days per week / 40 hours, including days, nights, and weekends
Package on Offer:
- Competitive salary of €32,000 – €38,000 per year, dependent on experience
