The venue serves Lunch and Dinner and provides a state-of-the-art function space.
The position of Bar Operations Manager will suit an ambitious individual from a Hotel or Busy bar background looking to join and grow within an expanding Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall evening & nighttime operation, driving excellent customer satisfaction & leading a large team in a busy evening-time beverage operation.
This role would suit an experienced manager who is evening-time with the ability to do things differently and to think outside the box.
The Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Senior Management position in a similar environment is essential Ability to work evenings- Thur - Sunday Experienced in running a busy evening-time operation and managing a large team Strong financial understanding Develop staff to maximize potential Dedicated team leader – be at the front to push the business forward Have strong Organizational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
