The Loyola Group has a simple aim; to run fantastic venues that provide the best food, drinks, and service to our customers. The group is made up of Base Wood Fired Pizza with a flourishing portfolio of 10 venues across Ireland and Portugal. While each venue is different in style and offering, we pride ourselves on the warm Irish welcome that greets our guests at each door.
We are currently seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team at The Landmark.
Applicant Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position is preferred but training can be provided.
- A passion for delivering fantastic service and creating unrivalled experiences for our guests.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to follow a manager and act on your own initiative.
- High energy/sense of urgency.
- Enthusiasm to succeed within a professional team.
- The desire to challenge yourself in a busy venue.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in a similar role for 2+ years.
- Knowledge of ResDiary booking system preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive outlook.
