Job Description

The 5* Westin Dublin (part of the MHL Hotel Collection) currently have an exciting opening for a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor.

We are looking for an experienced beverage enthusiast, with the skills and imagination to take the next step in their career.

At the Westin, you will have the opportunity to develop and showcase your craft of creating cocktails and providing exceptional customer service.

Candidates must be fully flexible in order to cover both day and late evening work as required.

About the position:
The main purpose of this role will be the delivery of 5* service in the Mint Bar.

The Supervisor will hold responsibility for the highest levels of guest satisfaction while ensuring operational and financial support to the Food and Beverage Outlet Manager's.

The position plays an integral role in constant development and improvement of the department, so a strategic mindset is necessary.
