Excel Recruitment is seeking full and part-time experienced Baristas to join our team in multiple areas around Dublin. We are looking for individuals who can deliver high-quality coffee and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires availability from 8am-4pm, the days are flexible and you can pick a schedule that suits you! Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, to the highest standard. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment, ensuring they are maintained and cleaned regularly. Serve customers promptly and efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude. Manage stock levels, including restocking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas. Handle cash and card payments with accuracy. Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements: Previous experience as a Barista in a busy café or coffee shop is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Manual Handling and HACCP certifications are required; however, training will be provided if needed. A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
