**Clinical Psychologist Wanted** We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Clinical Psychologist to join our team, providing psychological assessments, interventions, and support to adults with intellectual disabilities. **Job Description** KERRY PARENTS AND FRIENDS ASSOCIATION is a voluntary organisation committed to delivering life-enhancing services and supports to people with intellectual disabilities. We are currently recruiting for a Basic Grade Clinical Psychologist to work with our community, residential, and day service staff teams. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide psychological assessments, interventions, and support to adults with intellectual disabilities • Deliver cognitive assessments, behavioural interventions, and therapeutic supports to maximise quality of life, independence, and community participation • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions for individuals with intellectual, physical, and sensory disabilities • Provide therapeutic support, develop behaviour management plans, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff **Requirements** • University degree or diploma in Psychology with 1st or 2nd class honours • Irish post-graduate professional psychology qualification accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland • Competence in the Care Group/s applied for • Experience with therapeutic approaches such as CBT and Positive Behaviour Support • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively • Proficient in using technology to support clinical work • Full driving licence with access to a roadworthy car insured for business purposes **Employee Benefits** • Sick Pay Scheme • Paid Maternity Leave • Flexible Working • Employee Assistance Programme • Pension Scheme • Parking (site dependent) • Generous Annual Leave • Access to income continuance scheme • Discounted Health Insurance • Access to training **Company Overview** KERRY PARENTS AND FRIENDS ASSOCIATION is a voluntary organisation committed to delivering life-enhancing services and supports to people with intellectual disabilities.
