Summary of job description: Permanent part-time & temporary part-time staff grade psychologist role for Children's Disability Network 6 Team, providing psychological services to children with complex disabilities.
Responsibilities include delivering psychological services to children, working with interdisciplinary teams, assessment officers, and other agencies to meet family goals.
Qualifications and experience: BA Honours or Diploma in Psychology, post-graduate professional qualification recognized by PSI.
Key skills: strong commitment to evidence-based interventions, scientist-practitioner model, effective communication, and person and family-centered approach.
Working hours: 28 hours per fortnight, with opportunity for additional temporary hours.
Remuneration: €59,563 - €95,789 per annum, with potential for Leadership Scale Increases.
Location: Woodlands Campus Renmore and Newcastle Rd, Galway City.
Travel: own car required, with travelling expenses paid.
Probation: 9-month probationary period.
