Job Description
Seeking experienced BCa R Co-ordinator with commercial interiors expertise to oversee subcontractor management, contract alignment, and compliance.
About the role:
- Set up subcontractor-specific templates and trackers as needed.
- Attend pre-award meetings to ensure contracts align with BCa R requirements.
- Hold workshops with subcontractors to review BCa R expectations.
- Review material submittals for relevant data sheets to ensure BCa R compliance.
- Attend meetings with key stakeholders and internal teams as required.
- Arrange and lead meetings with stakeholders as needed.
- Track benchmark inspections, record consultant feedback, and distribute to relevant parties.
- Request and follow up on subcontractor inspections, escalating noncompliance to the BCa R Manager and project team.
- Conduct regular site inspections to document progress and ensure due diligence.
- Collect BCa R/Handover checklists from consultants and track document submissions.
- Provide regular updates to the BCa R Manager, Project Manager, and Project Director.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of BCAR experience, particularly in commercial interiors and fit-outs.
- Knowledge of BCMS and strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
