About the Company Our Tier 1 Client in the City Centre is looking to recruit a BCaR Co-ordinator with Commercial Interiors experience. About your new job as a BCaR Co-ordinator Set up subcontractor-specific templates and trackers as needed and attend pre-award meetings to ensure contracts align with BCaR requirements. Hold workshops with subcontractors to review BCaR expectations upon project appointment. Review material submittals for relevant data sheets (e.g., Declarations of Performance, CE certificates) to ensure BCaR compliance. Attend meetings with key stakeholders (e.g., Assigned Certifier, design team) and internal STL meetings as required. Arrange and lead meetings with stakeholders as needed. Track benchmark inspections, record consultant feedback, and distribute to relevant parties, ensuring approval before project completion. Request and follow up on subcontractor inspections, escalating noncompliance to the BCaR Manager and project team. Conduct regular site inspections to document progress and ensure due diligence. Collect BCaR/Handover checklists from consultants and track document submissions. Provide regular updates to the BCaR Manager, Project Manager, and Project Director, escalating any risks or compliance issues immediately. What skill/experience you need for this BCaR Co-ordinator job Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of BCAR experience, particularly in commercial interiors and fit-outs. Knowledge of BCMS and strong project management skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
