About Your New Job as a Business Development Manager Take on existing accounts and build lasting relationships with your customers. Develop new business across Ireland within brands across beauty, FMCG and alcoholic beverages. Work closely with the internal customer service, design and operations teams to ensure your customers have a smooth experience with you and your new company. What Skills You Need as a Business Development Manager 3+ years selling directly to brands and retailers. Hunter mindset. Excellent relationship building skills. Full clean Irish drivers license.
