Empower E-commerce Stores to Unlock Their Full Potential

Manage a team of Business Development Representatives to drive high performance and raise standards.

  • Develop short and medium-term goals for the BDR team to drive high performance and raise standards.
  • Ensure sales qualified leads convert to opportunities and support sales pipeline growth.
  • Improve sales processes, driving efficiency and output.
  • Hire, train, and coach team members to become experts in articulating the value proposition.
  • Motivate and support team members to hit and exceed monthly targets.
  • Act as a liaison between the BDR and AE unit to drive alignment between both teams.
  • Work closely with Enablement to onboard new joiners and deliver new training initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across sales operations and make recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience managing outbound teams.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor and in a management capacity.
  • Track record of developing and improving ramping sales reps.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, start-up, or scale-up environment.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and retain staff.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make autonomous decisions.
  • Experience with Solution Selling and/or MEDDICC methodologies (desired).
