Harvey Nichols is seeking a Beauty Sales Consultant to join its thriving Beauty department in Dublin, working 30 hours a week on a rota basis, including some weekends.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about luxury beauty products, have great knowledge and passion for all things luxury beauty, and are great at talking to people. If you have worked with a luxury fashion & beauty store, this could be the role for you.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert beauty advice about our beauty brands to our customers
- Delivering a memorable customer experience
- Being a proud ambassador for the brand and maximizing sales to our customers
- Ensuring your department looks amazing and is merchandised well
- Knowing everything about your brand and sharing insights on current and future trends
- Working closely with your team and celebrating fabulousness wherever you see it
- Being flexible and providing customer service during weekends and evenings
