Job Description
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the pharmacology team.
- Ensure projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and financial efficiency.
- Manage lab-based duties and ensure seamless project execution.
- Design, execute, and critically interpret behavioural and EEG experiments.
- Manage preclinical studies, technical teams, and CROs.
- Present scientific data internally and externally in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- PhD in Neuroscience or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in behavioural pharmacology and EEG research.
- Experience in surgical implantation of electrophysiological electrodes in rodents.
- Strong proficiency in signal processing and analysis, data management, and statistical analysis.
