Enable Ireland is seeking a Behavioural Specialist to join its Adult Services team in Arklow, Co. Wicklow. The successful candidate will provide Positive Behaviour Support services to adults with disabilities.
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly-motivated Behavioural Specialist to work across Dublin Adult Services, providing services to adults within the CHO6 region.
About the Role: The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a Positive Behaviour Support service, including assessment and intervention, and ongoing service delivery to adults with a range of disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Positive Behaviour Support services to adults with disabilities
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans
- Deliver ongoing service support to adults with disabilities
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- BCBA certification or equivalent
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or equivalent
- Recent, relevant experience in a similar role
- Desirable: experience of interdisciplinary team working, membership of professional body, and extensive clinical experience

Contract Details:
- Fixed Term Post for 2 years
- 37.5 hours per week
- Salary Scale: €54,209 - €64,461 pro rata per annum
