Experienced Bid Coordinator sought to support Bid Management and graphics team in a fast-paced environment.
One of Ireland's leading design-led architectural studios is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all bid-related submissions and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage bid submissions, ensuring all documentation is prepared, formatted, and submitted in line with requirements
- Design and produce visually compelling presentations, and other graphical materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office
- Work closely with the Graphics and Bid Manager to manage multiple tenders are completed on time and to a high standard
- Organise, maintain, and update bid documents, ensuring all materials are accurate, consistent, and adhere to company branding guidelines
- Work cross-functionally with various departments, ensuring a seamless process from bid development to submission
Desired skills include:
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a design, construction or building industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential, along with MS Office
- Ability to create and deliver presentations, and coordinating tender and compile documentation within timeframes
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and work collaboratively with both internal teams across the company
