Key Responsibilities:
- Produce compliant, commercially sound, and market-leading bids and proposals that meet customer requirements.
- Manage customer and supplier relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Plan and manage bid teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of bids and proposals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase win rates and effectiveness of bids and proposals.
- Prepare and review commercial aspects of bids, including pricing and services.
- Manage and present financials, ensuring compliance with commercial signoff processes.
- Identify and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues.
- Arrange post-bid reviews with customers and manage contractual and compliance processes.
- Perform critical reviews of bid processes to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying qualification.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent commercial knowledge and understanding.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Business or technical writing skills.
- Understanding of procurement processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Benefits:
- Salary: circa €65k - €75k.
