Role: Bid Manager / Consultant Location: Dublin, Ireland About the Role: EVAD Technology Group is recruiting for an experience Bid Manager/Consultant.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving a key growth area for the group within the ICT sector. You will be responsible for managing a range of pre-qualifications (PQQs) and bids, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. Key Responsibilities: Bid Identification and Management: Identify potential bid opportunities, assess their viability, and manage the entire bid process from start to finish. Bid Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery of bid documents. Content Development: Prepare comprehensive bid content, including company profiles, references, CVs, and presentations, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and client requirements. Information Management: Contribute to our knowledge base by collecting and organising project data and industry trends. Bid Tracking: Monitor bid status, follow up on queries, and update our bid management system. Team Support: Given the volume of bids submitted, it is vital that the bid manger is available to support other team members with their submissions. Key Attributes: Strategic: You should understand the big picture and plan accordingly. Communicative: You must be able to explain things clearly and work well with others. Organised: You should be good at managing projects and meeting deadlines. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a technical field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in bid management, with a proven track record of successful bid submissions Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with InDesign and Creative Cloud applications (advantageous) Benefits: Competitive salary Paid annual leave Training and Upskilling opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Join our team and contribute to our success in the ICT sector!
