Job Description

Bid Manager - Dunshaughlin, County Meath 60k base salary + 10% bonus and inclusion in company profit share scheme. -Salary and comp structure reviewed each year. - 21 days AL - Matched pension contribution of 3% of salary - EAP access - Laptop + Iphone - Educational support opportunities - 1 day per week WFH (Wednesdays) - Full-Time Job Requirements: Procurement monitoring with a view to identifying tender opportunities. Life cycle tender process management. Content development to include tech details, project plans and financial information. Bid Strategy development. Documentation management. Client relationship management. Compliance and reporting. Continuous Improvement analysis. Skills / Qualifications: Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field. 3 years bid management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
