Job Description

Our client, a leading High Voltage and Medium Voltage engineering services firm that provides, electrical design, installation, inspection, commissioning, and maintenance services for bespoke and full turnkey solutions. The successful individual will have the following: Level 8 Degree in a relevant qualification, such as Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying. 5+ years experience in a Commercial role. 8+ years experience in a senior role in an engineering organisation. Strong understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Extensive knowledge of contractual terms, conditions, and risk management. Excellent project management and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities/Duties Manage the entire tendering process from initiation to conclusion. Ensure that the Tender Folders are maintained and that all relevant team members are informed. Ensure tenders all aspects of tenders, Technical, Financial and Contractual are submitted and processed on time, follow up on tenders and documents, and record any feedback. Lead tender risk reviews. Established and implement quality procedures to ensure a high standard of quality control produced by the Tendering Department. Manage and mentor members of the Tendering Team. Report the status of the tenders/estimates/quotations including analyses of tender outcomes All applications will be dealt with in the strictest confidence and your CV will never be released without your prior approval.
