As a Bid Writer, you will craft compelling proposals that showcase our company's expertise and value proposition, driving business growth and success.

About the Role:

  • Create high-quality proposal documents, coordinating and writing content that resonates with clients.
  • Edit technical copy to ensure persuasive and client-focused material.
  • Ensure all proposals align with corporate brand guidelines and bid management standards.
  • Review tender requirements and craft compelling responses that meet client needs.
  • Integrate company values, vision, and culture into proposals.
  • Work with technical experts to devise bespoke responses for tender requests.
  • Develop a database of case studies, templates, and CVs.
  • Build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
  • Experience in construction/engineering (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is not required, but understanding of corporate procedures is appreciated.
  • MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (desirable).
