Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the bid team, ensuring effective collaboration towards common goals. Develop strategic bid plans, including market research and competitive analysis. Coordinate with various teams to assign tasks, set milestones, and track progress. Oversee the creation and review of bid content to ensure clarity, persuasiveness, and compliance. Manage the bid submission process, ensuring timely and complete documentation. Conduct post-bid reviews to evaluate and improve the bidding process. Collaborate on the development of innovative bid production solutions and efficiency tools. Key Skills and Requirements Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
