Our client is excited to announce the opening of their new store in Loughrea, Galway. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Store Manager to lead the opening of their new branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient environment.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic team to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring optimal product availability.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance and customer engagement.
- Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and operational standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, budgets, and profit margins.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local community.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a senior management role within Grocery, Non-food, or DIY retail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a large team.
- Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Experience in inventory management, financial analysis, and operational efficiency.
