Learn and use groundbreaking cloud technologies, apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions for customers, and work with leading engineers worldwide. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of cloud computing, helping customers understand application architectures and integration approaches, and leveraging your extensive customer support experience to drive customer interactions and process improvements. You'll work on critical, highly complex customer problems, and have opportunities for career growth and development. You'll use your technical expertise to provide thoughtfully crafted solutions for customers, and work closely with internal AWS teams to improve our services. You'll also have opportunities to mentor new hires, develop and present training, and participate in new hiring and process improvement initiatives.
