Keeper is seeking a driven Bilingual (German) Implementation Specialist to join their B2B Support team in Ireland.
The ideal candidate must reside in Ireland and have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in SaaS support and implementation.
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of Keeper's software, tailor solutions to meet client needs, and provide technical support.

The Bilingual (German) Implementation Specialist will engage with clients, configure solutions, and maintain accurate records of client configurations and communication.
The role will involve working closely with the Implementation Manager, product development team, and multiple implementation projects concurrently.
The successful candidate will have experience with Salesforce, Google Docs, and MS Office tools, as well as bilingual fluency in English and German.

Responsibilities
- Deliver Keeper's software for all clients, including initial deployments and expansion deployments.
- Configure solutions to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
- Offer continuous technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client configurations, customizations, and communication.
- Gather feedback from clients and collaborate with the product development team.
- Effectively oversee multiple implementation projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years progressive experience in SaaS support and/or implementation.
- Salesforce experience.
- Experience with Google Docs and MS Office tools.
- Experience in SaaS deployment with security software experience preferred.
- Bilingual fluency, ability to write, read, and speak both English and German.
