Seeking a Billing Administrator to process sales transactions, manage invoicing, and support internal departments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales transactions
  • Manage sales invoicing process from start to finish
  • Monitor and review billing anomalies
  • Support internal departments as required
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of computer accounts packages and MS Office suite
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to use own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
