Seeking a Billing Administrator to process sales transactions, manage invoicing, and support internal departments in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales transactions
- Manage sales invoicing process from start to finish
- Monitor and review billing anomalies
- Support internal departments as required
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of computer accounts packages and MS Office suite
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is an advantage
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to use own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
