Job Description
Billing Specialist: Ensure timely and accurate contract review and invoicing processes in Salesforce, partnering with Revenue Operations to drive efficient and accurate processes.

As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for Diligent's contract review process in Salesforce, ensuring contracts are closed in an efficient and timely manner and all scheduled daily invoicing is completed. You will partner with our Revenue Operations colleagues to ensure an efficient and accurate process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing opportunities in Salesforce and moving to Closed Won
- Adhering to the monthly close process and achieving SLAs
- Invoicing customers through the finance system in alignment with contractual terms
- Ensuring all cancellations are actioned in a timely and effective manner
- Maintaining customer data on both our CRM and financial systems
- Uploading tax certificates to the correct software enabling accurate tax calculations on invoices
- Assisting with special projects as assigned

- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility to accommodate different situations and temperaments
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and demanding global environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
