Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing contracts in Salesforce, ensuring timely closure, and accurate invoicing. They will also participate in the integration of acquired companies and maintain customer data in CRM and financial systems.
About the Role
- Review opportunities in Salesforce and move to Closed Won
- Adhere to monthly close process and achieve SLAs
- Invoice customers through finance system in alignment with contractual terms
- Ensure cancellations are actioned in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain customer data on CRM and financial systems
- Upload tax certificates to correct software for accurate tax calculations
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Work flexible schedule for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Required Experience/Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
