ProSource Group are currently recruiting a BIM and Detailing Manager on behalf of a Specialist Subcontractor to be based in Kildare to be working on a number of projects nationwide. This company pride itself on its staff and are currently undergoing a period of growth which allows for genuine progression opportunities. €65,000 + Comprehensive benefits package DOE Role: As a BIM and Detailing Manager, you will play a crucial role in our project teams, supporting the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling processes. You will work closely with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure the successful integration of BIM technologies throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will be essential in optimising project efficiency, collaboration, and overall success. Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement BIM execution plans. Generate and manage 3D models, ensuring accuracy and consistency in line with project requirements. Facilitate coordination meetings to resolve clashes and conflicts within the BIM model. Provide training and support to project team members on BIM tools and processes. Review and validate BIM models for compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Act as a liaison between different disciplines to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Assist in the development and maintenance of BIM libraries and standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and detailing management, preferably in the structural steel industry. Proficiency in BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures. Strong understanding of structural steel design principles, codes, and standards. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Familiarity with the latest BIM technologies and trends.
