Seeking experienced BIM Coordinator to deliver MEP building services projects using Building Information Modelling software.
Responsibilities include producing collaborative 2D and 3D models, monitoring clashes, and coordinating with project teams.
Requirements: 3+ years experience in modelling Mechanical or Electrical systems, experience as BIM Team Lead, and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Salary: €50,000 to €60,000 DOE, bonus, pension, and discounted healthcare scheme.

BIM Coordinator Job Description
- Use Building Information Modelling software to produce collaborative 2D and 3D models and associated drawings.
- Liaise with BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer & Project Supervisors.
- Monitor and check for clashes, producing weekly clash reports.
- Coordinate and monitor Incoming/shared models.
- Produce images and drawings as required by BIM manager.
- Coordinate MEP BIM Projects.
- Support a team of BIM technicians and BIM Engineers.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in modelling Mechanical or Electrical systems within an engineering consultancy or contractor.
- Experience as a BIM Team Lead delivering a range of large projects.
- Excellent IT skills - Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Must have experience using Revit MEP.
