Job Description
Seeking experienced BIM Coordinator to deliver MEP building services projects using Building Information Modelling software.
Our client, a leading Engineering Contractor, specialises in turnkey Data Centre delivery with a strong order book for the next five years.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing collaborative 2D and 3D models and associated drawings using BIM software
- Liaising with BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer & Project Supervisors
- Monitoring and checking for clashes, producing weekly clash reports
- Coordinating and monitoring incoming/shared models
- Producing images and drawings as required by BIM manager
- Coordinating MEP BIM projects
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in modelling Mechanical or Electrical systems within an engineering consultancy or contractor
- Mechanical or Electrical Trade or Engineering background an advantage
- Excellent IT skills - Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD and MS Office
- Experience using Revit MEP
Salary and benefits:
