Seeking a BIM Coordinator with 4+ years of experience in modelling Mechanical or Electrical systems within an engineering consultancy or contractor.
Our client, a leading Engineering Contractor, requires a BIM Coordinator to join their team in Dublin, Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full delivery of MEP building services projects, using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software to produce collaborative 2D and 3D models and associated drawings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer & Project Supervisors
- Monitoring and checking for clashes
- Producing weekly clash reports
- Coordinating and monitoring incoming/shared models
- Producing images and drawings as required by BIM manager
- Coordination of MEP BIM Projects
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in modelling Mechanical or Electrical systems within an engineering consultancy or contractor
- Mechanical or Electrical Trade or Engineering background would be an advantage
- Excellent IT skills - Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD and MS Office
- Must have experience using Revit MEP
