BIM Engineer - Galway / Limerick
Our client is delighted to be working on a cutting edge development where, as an experienced BIM Engineer, you will be working on exciting and innovative projects whilst utilising your comprehensive knowledge in Autodesk Revit/Navisworks/Autocad to generate coordination plans whilst ensuring the highest possible efficiency and quality.
This is a full time, permanent position where you must be able to travel and work onsite in Limerick for a minimum of 3 days each week, with the remaining 2 days in one of their offices at your convenience (Limerick, Galway or Cork).
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with tenders, bids, temporary works, site and project teams in the design and production of 3D and 4D BIM Models.
- Support the project team and clearly understand their contractual obligations, including conducting and reporting of regular onsite walk-throughs.
- Supporting the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT and digital implementation strategy.
- Reviewing and validating Project Information Model (PIM) developed by design teams and subcontractors.
Criteria:
- Completed a third level qualification in construction, computing or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working with MS Office.
