Job Description
Experienced BIM Engineer sought for cutting-edge development in Galway/Limerick, utilizing Autodesk Revit/Navisworks/Autocad to generate coordination plans with high efficiency and quality.
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring travel and onsite work in Limerick for a minimum of 3 days per week, with remaining days in one of their offices.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with tenders, bids, temporary works, site and project teams in the design and production of 3D and 4D BIM Models.
- Support project teams and understand contractual obligations, including regular onsite walk-throughs.
- Contribute to the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT and digital implementation strategy.
- Review and validate Project Information Model (PIM) developed by design teams and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Completed a third-level qualification in construction, computing or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in construction, building BIM Engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working with MS Office.
- 3+ years experience utilizing Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects (VFP), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
