Access Talent Group is currently working with a medium-sized Irish design consultancy looking for a Senior BIM Lead to join their expanding Dublin Team. We are recruiting for a renowned consultancy that delivers innovative and complex design on a large scale throughout Ireland. This consultancy works on major building and infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland. The BIM Lead will be working across multidisciplinary projects and must be proficient with software such as AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks, as well as leading the team in implementing BIM regulations throughout the Dublin office. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of BIM regulations in the Dublin office. Work across multidisciplinary projects. Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks. Minimum Requirements: Level 9 NFQ in Civil / Structural Engineering, BIM, or 3D modelling. Self-driven and capable. Effective communication skills. 8+ years of experience in the BIM sector working on infrastructure projects. Experience with AutoDesk packages and Revit. Proficiency in CAD software. Familiarity with programming languages (Python, C#, etc.).
