This is an excellent opportunity for an Experienced BIM Manager to join a leading International M&E Contractor, where you will work on some of the biggest Pharmaceutical, Data Centre and industrial projects in the Country, continually developing your skills and progressing your career. The firm are currently on the search for a BIM Manager in Galway. Your New Role * Department Management - Ensure BIM\CAD department is correctly resourced. Ensuring team members have all the necessary tools to complete their tasks. * Ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met by the BIM team. * Point of contact for client on all BIM and Co-ordination issues. * Development of BIM department organisational chart. * Creating all BIM documentation. Workflows, Execution plans etc. * Integrating BIM within other departments and functions within the organisation. * Promoting BIM as a workflow with senior management and developing cross function capabilities. * Reporting on the status of BIM development within the organisation. * Conducting post project lessons learned with team. * Reporting on BIM productivity within projects. * Marketing of BIM capability in order to attract projects from potential clients. * Assisting with commercial and estimating departments with regard to project cost control and pricing. Do you have the skills and experience? * Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering. * A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a BIM\Co-ordination Management role. * Mechanical or Electrical background and have a proven track record in a similar role, leading a team.
