BIM Technician Strong player in the civil and structural consulting engineering sphere are seeking a BIM Technician in Dublin. THE COMPANY: Based in Dublin, this consulting engineering company have been working strong for the last 20+ years and have a strong foothold in the civil and structural consulting engineering market. Their portfolio consists of works including large scale residential, apartments block, office blocks, large commercial, and retail structures. As a result of their continued success, they now seek to hire a new BIM Technician for their team. THE ROLE: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Produce general arrangement drawings and models for both civil and structural infrastructure. Use AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit to do this. Liaise with design team and building contractors. Attend site inspections and building appraisals with more senior technicians and engineers. THE PERSON: For this position, we are looking to speak to candidates who meet the following requirements: Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a BIM/CAD Structural design role. Knowledge of structural steel, and re-enforced concrete is beneficial. May consider grads or those with building related CAD experience at a lesser salary. THE PACKAGE: Salary: €45-55k DOE Can go to €60k for candidates with 8+ years exact experience. €35k for grads LOCATION: Dublin BMS Performance specialises in recruiting Engineering professionals, nationally.
