**Job Summary** Project Engineer/Manager for a global biopharmaceutical company based in Dublin, responsible for managing engineering projects from concept design to implementation. **Job Description** We are seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer/Manager to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects from concept design through to implementation and handover. **Key Responsibilities** * Co-ordinate and manage engineering projects from concept design to implementation and handover * Manage project procurement, design, and construction processes * Plan and manage project resources, including engineering teams and contractors * Co-ordinate cross-functional meetings to ensure project objectives are met * Develop and implement project plans to meet key milestones and budget targets * Manage project reporting and performance metrics * Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental policies **Project Management** * Manage project procurement and contract award processes * Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental policies * Co-ordinate and manage project close-out and handover processes * Develop and implement project close-out and handover procedures * Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate **Safety and Environmental Responsibilities** * Promote a safety culture within the team and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures * Conduct regular safety assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks * Ensure all safety and environmental actions are investigated and corrective actions are implemented * Manage and close out safety and environmental actions in a timely manner **Requirements** * 5-10 years' experience in project management and engineering * Mechanical or process engineering degree * Strong project management skills and experience * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Skills** * Project management * Pharmaceutical engineering * Safety and environmental management * Leadership and communication skills **Company Overview** We are a global biopharmaceutical company based in Dublin, committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.
