Job Description

As a Biotech Production Training Specialist, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following: Assisting manager in creating training scenarios when necessary Delivering Biotech Production Specialist training and provides individual assessment to the performance of each Biotech Production Specialist's aptitudes prior to deployment into active cGMP production facilities Organizing and scheduling the training plan for newly hired BPSs and organizing cross-training for existing BPSs Processing necessary documentation to track individual's training progress and maintaining records Maintaining space designated for Biotech Production Specialist trainings and is responsible for general maintenance of the area and coordinating any tasks with Facility Management regarding equipment, utilities, preventive maintenance, etc. Coordinating acquisition of materials, resources and equipment necessary to achieve training goals Delivering retraining to Biotech Production Specialists, when applicable, as a corrective action for deviations This role might be for you if: You have the ability to think creatively and proactively and propose solutions with an attention to detail You have strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database management software You have the ability to effectively communicate issues and ideas with peers and with management You have the ability to build effective working relationships throughout the organization You have the ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams You have the ability to operate independently within a tight deadline environment.
