Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled BMS Site Commissioning Engineer to commission, optimize, and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) for various projects, with a focus on Trend, Distech, and Tridium platforms.
About the Role:
• Commission, optimize, and troubleshoot BMS systems to meet project and client expectations.
• Implement control strategies for HVAC systems to ensure energy efficiency and system performance.
• Develop and commission BMS controller strategies in line with project specifications.
• Customize frontend graphics for BMS systems to meet client requirements.
• Prepare and review commissioning documentation, ensuring all work complies with industry standards.
• Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting during commissioning and startup phases.
About You:
• Proven experience in commissioning and optimizing BMS, with a focus on Trend, Distech, Tridium, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC plant operations and BMS controller strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Qualified to work on live BMS panels.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
