Job Description

An experienced and organised Bookkeeper/Office Manager is required to oversee the administrative and accounting operations of a Joinery company in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, phone calls and other correspondence
  • Bookkeeping and accounting procedures
  • Process Bank entries and Bank reconciliations
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable
  • Prepare monthly management accounts
  • Prepare and submit VAT Returns
  • Deal with customer and supplier queries
    • Requirements:

      • Must have the ability to work in the Republic of Ireland
      • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
      • Management Accounts and/or basic financial qualifications
      • Proficient using Xero or similar
      • Experience in ROS, VAT, PAYE, PRSI, Customs and Import Duties
      • Advanced Excel experience
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills

      Job Details

      • Full-time, graduate position
      • Pay: €20.00 per hour
      • 38 hours per week
      • On-site parking and sick pay
      • Monday to Friday schedule
      • Experience in Bookkeeping, purchase ordering, Google Suite and Google Docs is preferred
      • Fuently spoken English is required
