Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer care and exceed standards
- Sell and business growth, being proactive in achieving this
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great interest in reading, books, current affairs and product knowledge
- Rise to the challenge of a busy retail environment
- Confident in dealing with operational procedures
- Involvement in Festival and event work
- Managing web orders

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to sell across a wide range of products
- Experience and enjoys working in a team environment
