Your Role:
The role's key focus is to provide highly professional, friendly and outstanding customer service to all our customers in person in the branch 5 days a week.
You will be the face of the bank working on the branch floor, and delivering a more human customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Engage with customers and deliver professional friendly customer service
- Assist and guide customers with the use of IT Systems and telephony systems to update their account data
- Promote financial products and services to customers
- Assist and support customers with transactions and service account queries
- Progress your career by completing Accredited Product Advisor (APA) qualifications
There are no essential qualifications required for this role, however, you will be required to obtain the APA status within 24 months of starting in the role.
